Short manager

If you are a short person, can you be an effective manager? I think the only way you can achieve that is, if you have the power to fire someone.

when people say "wait and see". Do they already know that the result will most probably be bad?

Going to Hawaii

Doesn't it seem like people go to Macy's or some other department store and buy a Hawaiian shirt before going on vacation to Hawaii? Go to the Air Port and watch the people boarding the planes to Hawaii, they are all already wearing a Hawaiian shirt .. Haaa Haaaaa
